Forming of concrete product

Description:

The design of the mould depends on the shape and function of the product to be made.
The mould is filled up via the distribution tray, and the forming of the product is done by rotating the mould and placing the product on the table.
Thanks to the quick-fix of the tool to the machine, which is done with 4 bolts on each side, the replacement of it can be done in 30 minutes. The design of the moulding is made following the client’s specifications. Fine mechanisms allow us to make complex support structures and the very design of the moulding chamber allows us to be flexible with dimensions and save on unnecessary weight. Also, the vibration inside the chamber is obtained in a way that guarantees excellent results and keeps noise to a minimum.
